At Five Bridges Co., all sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on hats only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.


Exchanges may be made for a different hat style or color, subject to availability.

Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
