Most of our products are made and shipped on demand through our production partner, Printful. Because of this:
❗We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
Please double-check the sizing chart before ordering.
However, we always take care of mistakes on our end.
We will replace your item
at no cost
if:
- It arrives damaged
- There is a printing or embroidery error
- You received the wrong item
- The package is lost in transit
If any of these issues happen, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the problem
